About the Trust

This is not a builder project.

Hi-Tech City is not a typical developer project. It is developed by the Telecom Employees and Others Housing Welfare Trust, a registered housing trust established in 2017, created by telecom and government employees to provide affordable plotted developments.

Unlike builder-driven layouts, this model works on a member-funded approach, where the money collected from members is directly used for land purchase, approvals, and development, without involving external investors or developer margins. Hi-Tech City is a plotted layout developed under BIAAPA Approval. Plotted developments of this type are governed under the Karnataka Societies Registration Act and are not required to be registered under RERA. All approvals and documents are available for review before you commit.

A token advance of minimum ₹50,000 along with a one-time membership fee of ₹2,100 secures your Membership ID and Seniority Number. The remaining amount is split into four equal instalments approximately eight months apart.

Registration is communicated once all four instalments are complete. The timeline is approximately three years from booking. Your seniority number determines plot preference at the time of allotment.
